When you connect your business systems to OnpointIQ, we access data from those systems—such as Salesforce—in order to provide AI-powered insights. If you opt in to SMS notifications, we also collect your phone number for the purpose of delivering those alerts.
We use the information we collect to provide and operate our AI-powered business intelligence platform, including generating insights from your connected systems. We use your phone number solely to send SMS alert notifications you have opted in to receive. We also use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the platform and our services.
You may opt in to SMS alert notifications through your account settings. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from OnpointIQ. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to other OnpointIQ services.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages and Supabase for data storage. These service providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements and only receive the data necessary to perform their services on our behalf.
