When you connect your business systems to OnpointIQ, we access data from those systems—such as Salesforce or Shopify—in order to provide AI-powered insights. If you opt in to SMS notifications, we also collect your phone number for the purpose of delivering those alerts.
When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message. Along with your submission, we also collect basic information about your visit: the website that referred you to us, the first page you visited on our site, any campaign tags included in the link you followed (such as UTM parameters), the integration you selected if you arrived from a "Connect" button, your time zone, and your general device type and browser. Your browser keeps the referral details in temporary session storage until you close it; we do not use cookies for this.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, contact you at a convenient time, and understand how people find us so we can improve our website and outreach.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, the referring website, and general information like country, browser, operating system, and device type. This data is aggregated and does not use cookies or identify you personally.
We use the information we collect to provide and operate our AI-powered business intelligence platform, including generating insights from your connected systems. If you opt in to SMS notifications, we use your phone number to send the alerts you have chosen to receive. If you provide a phone number through our contact form, we use it only to follow up on your inquiry. We also use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the platform and our services.
You may opt in to SMS alert notifications through your account settings. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from OnpointIQ. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to other OnpointIQ services.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages, Supabase for data storage, Formspree to receive and deliver contact form submissions, and Vercel to host our website and provide website analytics. These service providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements and only receive the data necessary to perform their services on our behalf.
